  • All items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the product for an exchange or credit note, after 7 days of receipt we will not accept returns. If you are an international customer and wish to return/exchange, please notify us immediately via email hello@thestylecapsule.com.au and we will assist you with your return. We understand your return may take longer than 7 working days to get back to us.
  • All goods must be returned in their original condition. The garment needs to be unworn, unwashed and all the tags attached, The Style Capsule reserves the right to reject a return if it is not in its original condition. Items which smell of deodorant, perfume, or have makeup/tanning marks will not be accepted so please be careful when trying your garment on.
  • Return delivery on change of mind goods are at the expense of the customer.
  • Please take care when sending back to us as lost items in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanges or credit notes on lost parcels.

How To Return Your Items Back To Us

Returns are to be posted by Australia Post only.

Instore Returns Policy

Full priced items must be returned in original condition unworn, tags attached with receipt within 7 days for an exchange or credit note only. Discounted items & sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or credit note. Credit notes valid for 3 months only.

Buy Now Pay Later Orders

For any orders purchased using Buy Now Pay Later payment provider you will continue to make payments until the original item is paid for and will be issued a new credit note via email.

All items need to be returned new, unused and with all designer and brand tags attached.  All returns need to be inline with our Returns Policy above.

Phone orders fall under our online returns policy and must meet our returns requirements.

Faulty Returns Policy

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality and a thorough check of your garment is undertaken before it is sent off. If you receive an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault please contact us on hello@thestylecapsule.com.au and we will try to resolve the problem as efficiently as possible. Please provide us with a photo of the fault and an explanation to help speed up the process.

In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission if the garment we have sent has a minor fault then we have the right to repair the fault and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired then we will send you a replacement product, which matches your original purchase. However if we are unable to replace or repair your faulty item then we will reimburse you in full for your purchase.
